Domestic Shipping Policy
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days and is sent through the United States Postal Service.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
A confirmation email upon placing of an order will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase and the tracking email will be sent after your order has shipped.

If your order is deemed undeliverable due to an insufficient address, a refund will be issued minus restocking and shipping fees. The refund will be issued after the order is received and processed back into our system.
If you would like us to reship the order before it is processed back into our system you will be responsible for reshipping fees only.

If you want to change an order's address after an order has been processed for shipping, but hasn't left the warehouse, a change of address fee will be assessed and must be paid before the address can be updated.
Package marked as delivered but missing
If the tracking for your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, you should:

Check your mailbox, delivery box, gas meter, front door, bicycle basket, garage, and building receptionist. Note: If a photo on delivery is captured, it may show up when you track the package.
2. See if someone else accepted the delivery. Someone else at the delivery address might receive your package on your behalf (your family member, your colleague, etc.).
3. Verify the shipping address on your order. There might be an error when entering or confirming your address.
If all of these steps have been exhausted and our investigation concludes GPS tracking has confirmed delivery, we advise you to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Yes, we shop to APO and P.O. boxes as long as our courier can verify the address.

International Shipping Policy
Yes! We ship worldwide! International shipping takes 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Shipping rates are determined at checkout and products are sent through the United States Postal Service. Tracking numbers will be provided upon completion of order processing.
