RETURNS
Contact us to initiate a return within seven days. For customers to return their order and receive a full refund, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once we receive the return, we will thoroughly inspect the product to determine if a refund is due. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted for reasons not due to our error. These will be determined in a case-by-case situation.

If your order is deemed undeliverable due to an insufficient address, a refund will be issued minus restocking and shipping fees. The refund will be issued after the order is received and processed back into our system.
If you would like us to reship the order before it is processed back into our system you will be responsible for reshipping fees only.

If you want to change an order's address after an order has been processed for shipping, but hasn't left the warehouse, a change of address fee will be assessed and must be paid before the address can be updated.

ARE THE PLATES DISHWASHER SAFE?
No, wood splits and cracks when exposed to dishwasher temperatures, humidity, and water. Our products are hand-wash only. To protect the integrity of your dishware, please refrain from putting them in the dishwasher.

CAN I PUT MY DISHWARE IN THE MICROWAVE?
No, microwaves can reduce the lifetime of your product.
Hear us out for a minute on a few reasons why we do not like to use the microwave for little one's food.
01) There is evidence that microwaves reduce nutrients in food. We all know that any cooking will change the nutrients in food somehow because we are denaturing proteins, but microwaves suck the life out of food. Remember: low and slow cooking preserves the most nutrients, or at least that is what studies show.
02) Who likes the TASTE of food cooked or reheated in the microwave? In pour opinion, microwaved food does not taste as good! Your kid will have its fair share of microwaved ramen noodle eating experiences in college. Let's not rush it.
03) Most individuals use plastic plates or plastic Tupperware to heat food, which can cause issues over time. The more the plastic has been used and scratched, the better chances are for harmful chemicals to leak into the food. Yes, you can buy microwave-safe plastic containers, but eventually, they leak too.
WHY IS MY PLATE A DIFFERENT COLOR?
As hard as we try to get each product the same as what you see on our website, it is just impossible. Our products are of natural materials that vary in color, texture, and grain. Since this is a thing, that means no two products are the same.
When we laser on the eyes, nose, or mouth on the bamboo, it may sometimes appear much darker or lighter than the website's image or the recent product you ordered. The color alteration is not due to fading or default with the products, but merely the natural way bamboo reacts.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ORDER?
Well, that's no fun! If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support team at info@treslunchbox.com. Include a photo of the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT DAMAGED?
It happens! If you receive a damaged product, please send a picture of the damage to info@treslunchbox.com. Please include your order number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
